Jillian Zack

Jillian lives in NYC with her husband, James Benjamin Rodgers, a tenor who hails from New Zealand. She is an active performer as well as a vocal coach. She works with vocalists in all styles of music, focusing mostly on Classical and Musical Theater. She is also the Musical Director of the Philadelphia- based group ArtCy, whose productions offer a full theater experience to audiences presenting pastiche works that weave a storyline through a song program. She also works as a Staff Accompanist at The Juilliard School and has performed frequently at Juilliard and at other venues throughout New York City, including Lincoln Center’s Alice Tully Hall. In addition, Jillian has performed throughout the United States, England, and New Zealand. She and her husband James are presenting a program of music by composer Kurt Weill in late August of this year in San Francisco. She is very excited to be returning home, as she has never actually performed in Sherborn. While at Dover Sherborn High School, she was very active in the music and theater programs, performing annually in the spring musical, and also with the choir and jazz bands. She also was a member, and then later, music director, of the a cappella group, and co-founder of the Drama Club.
